The Lido

…. the guys at the lido very kindly let us stay after they had closed to get these shots, some young girls asked us if we were making a special K advert.. we laughed, not quite I said, but I could see how they got to that conclusion.

WALALA

WALALA DOES IT AGAIN! I am a lucky girl as this weekend I got to spend a couple of days with my friend Miss Walala helping her shoot a few product bits and bobs for Supermarket Sarah which is a really cool platform for designers and makers to sell their stuff. I just love Camilles prints and now even better to see them on cushions, plates, bags, furniture.. I want them all! Thanks again to Issadora who I rope into everything x

GET CUTIE

Another shoot for Get Cutie… summer range this time although we had to fight with the rain. I think this is the first time I have actually shot in the rain, it was a bit of a struggle and my flash died a sizzling death. Overall we got a good selection, here is a on location shot.

Game Of Aces

all I can say is don’t travel to the outskirts of London on a Sunday! It actually took me four hrs to get there and four hours back due the Sunday Service… felt disappointed that I wasn’t in Spain by the end of my journey. No No No disappointed is not really true!  This was a great experience to visit and shoot in an amazing location. Somewhere around Chorely Wood is an original 1930′s Art Deco house in the middle of forest oh and er their 90 acres of land!. They have actually filmed Poirot here and I am a bit of a fan so was vary excited, although was a little bit glum returning to my little one bed in Hove. The very lovely and slightly tipsy owners made us a ridiculous spread of food and wine… where is the packet of Monster Munch and can of coke I usually have on a shoot I demanded!… Really we were spoilt that day. Here are a few samples from the shoot 10 outfits altogether. I went for a murder mystery vibe.. but not too much didn’t want it to look like a cluedo reenactment. I will credit soon just a fleeting shoot so finding out names as we speak.

Vicky Lewis

New kid on the block and little sister of a friend asked me to shoot her very fashionable coats… I still pretend I know something about fashion, but I really don’t! If I had it my way I would still be wearing my Heather Small  ponytail and hi tec trainers -(oh dear flashback)! So thought we would keep it simple, and shoot on the beach. I have to say I had limited input on any styling as watching the royal wedding so just occasionally looked up and grunted with approval… Professional Moi?! Berni almost relation to Vicky was elected driver that day and took after searching around went of the beaten track where we had to drive at about 1 mile an hour so we didn’t kill the car.. Then I realised I forgot my battery.. idiot! (still totally in royal wedding mode)… but we worked it out in the end .. here are a few of the shots.
